COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS,
With the uncertainty of COVID in our communities, we want to reassure you that keeping our team members and our customers safe is the top priority. We are open and doing our part to flatten the curve.
As an essential service provider, we know how important keeping your family safe and comfortable is during this time. With more of us at home, you are most likely using your cooling system more than normal and we want you to be confident that you can still count on us for any heating & cooling needs you have.
Office Staff Working from Home: When you call in for service, you may hear children or pets in the background because our Customer Service Team members will be assisting you from their homes.
- Social Distance: We are practicing social distancing in the field and in the office by maintaining at least 6 feet between individuals when possible.
- Masks / Booties / Hand Sanitizer / Disinfectant: With safety being our top priority, we have fully stocked our trucks with masks, booties, hand sanitizer and disinfectant. Our Team Members take these precautions in the office and in the field.
- "No-Contact" Policy: Our team has been trained on a no-contact policy. It's hard, but we will no longer be shaking hands with our customers.
- Temperature Checks: Our technicians' temperatures are checked daily with non-contact thermal forehead scanners when they come to office to pick up their equipment. Anyone with a temperature of 99 degrees is being asked to go home. If a Team Member has a temperature at home, we are asking that they don't come in.

COVID Response Team: We have coordinated a response team to communicate to all Team Members any new processes/procedures. As the situation evolves, we are ready to adapt to any additional CDC and WHO recommended preventative measures to ensure the safety of our teams, our customers, and our communities.
If you have an air conditioning or heating breakdown please don’t hesitate to call us.
Thank you!
